How the programs work
Two starting tracks depending on where you are in the licensing process — plus the platform and lead supply that powers every seat. All paths lead to the same destination: a full-time income selling final expense from home.
Track 01
Jr. Broker Program
For unlicensed agents or missing state coverage
If you're currently unlicensed — or not yet contracted in a specific state — the Jr. Broker Program lets you start earning right away while you work toward full agent status. You work the leads, build rapport, and close the client; your manager steps in to type up the policy and collect the signature. Simple, clean, and effective.
- $200/month seat fee — same as a fully licensed agent, with full access to the dialer, lead pool, and all training resources.
- You close the client — work the lead, run the script, handle objections, and get the prospect ready to buy.
- Manager handles the paperwork — once the client agrees, your manager completes the application and secures the signature.
- Pay: $100 minimum per policy OR 15% of Annualized Premium — whichever is greater — paid upon policy approval.
- Example: a $1,200 AP policy = $180 to you (15%). A $500 AP policy = $100 to you (minimum floor applies).
- Payment is issued upon policy approval — not submission.
- Use this time to complete your licensing — once you're fully licensed and contracted, you transition to full agent commissions automatically.
Track 02
Outbound Leads Included
Provided with your active platform seat
Outbound leads are provided to every active seat holder — no per-lead fees, no list purchasing, no campaigns to manage. Your $200/month seat fee covers your platform access and your lead supply. The only optional upgrade is live transfers.
- Leads are pre-loaded into ReadyMode and auto-dialed — no cold list purchasing required.
- Lead pool covers all licensed states in your account.
- Leads are sourced from direct mail responses, digital opt-ins, and aged leads (60–90 days).
- Leads are re-cycled through the system — persistence pays off (most sales happen on calls 3–5).
- Your $200/month seat fee covers unlimited dials within your licensed states.
- Top performers get access to priority lead queues with fresher data.
Track 03
Live Transfer Inbounds
For high-level producers ready to scale

Once you've demonstrated consistent production and are writing $15,000+ AP monthly, you can unlock access to live transfer inbound calls from our partner network. These are warm, pre-qualified callers — the highest-quality leads available.
- Pre-screened callers, ages 50–80, expressing interest in final expense coverage.
- Average close rate on transfers: 25–40%.
- Minimum purchase: 10 transfers per week.
- Available M–F, 9am–6pm in the prospect's time zone.
- Transfers are charged only on connected calls 60+ seconds.
- Unlock requirement: $15,000+ AP in the prior rolling 30 days.
